Cara Mengatasi Rumah Kebanjiran

Comparison of Using Light Weight Brick and normal Brick

Light weight brick have composition of quartz sand, cement, lime, small of gypsum, water and aluminum paste as material developer contain air. After the mixing of all substance the concrete will develop after 7 to 8 hours. Aluminum paste have function as developer and also function as hardening of concrete. The volume of aluminum paste about 5 – 8 percent depend on the rapidity of concrete you want. This concrete mixing then being molding and cut as the dimension want to.

While normal brick is made from soil, sand and sometime mixed with mortar brick. This mixing then mold and burned in high temperature for several hours. The color of normal brick then changed to red brown color.

Light Weight Brick

After the house built will have desigh like below:

Comparison:
Light weight brick usually have size 60 cm x 20 cm with thickness about 8 cm to 10 cm. To build a wall with 1 m2 need about 8 light weigh brick, instant cement and water.

If build with normal brick you will need about 80 brick per m2 and need more sand and cement to compose the brick. To build will need more time longer than light weight brick.

The comparison from the base price per m2, light weigh brick will need about 8 x Rp. 8000 = Rp. 64,000 per m2 and using normal brick will need Rp. 650 x 80 = Rp. 52,000. But if using normal brick you still need sand and more cement to build and more time. So the total installment will more expensive if using normal brick.

Small Kitchen Design

It has a limited service area, making the kitchen arrangement must be considered carefully. Some tips to consider, including structuring and practical simple kitchen design so as to maximize space efficiency. Additionally election besides selection right material and furniture color can make a room seem more spacious.

The kitchen should be laid out on a small residential practical and simple. Kitchen cabinets, stove kitchen, washing plate and refrigerator can be placed in parallel, while the bench that serves as a dining table lay opposite.

Use a simple design without much detail to avoid a narrow sense, while giving the impression of light. To make the kitchen seem broad can use bright colors, such as yellow, while giving the impression of light to select the primary materials such as MDF kitchen cabinet, or fir wood and covered with plywood, lacquer or Formica. In order not to create the impression of monotony, present some aesthetic accents, such as trim a different color and shape of a kitchen cabinet can be asymmetric.

With a limited kitchen area, we can create a functional kitchen area with innovative designs and practical.

Build a House Model

Before to build a real house we can build a model by using of light material that can be formed into a house model. To begin construct of this house model, you need eight of 1/32” x ¾” x 9 “ of strips include in the Balsa project assortment. Measure an cut four of those strips in half (4-1/2” of lengths) with scissors. Form a rectangle with two full length and two half length strips, using masking tape to secure corner on the inside and outside. Glue half-length strips in the corners as vertical support, joining the rectangles into a box frame. Paper clips or clothes pins are helpful in holding the strips in place as the glue dries.

To create a climate on the environment of the house model, the design should protect against heat, cold, rain or wind.

View of the house should place windows and open areas facing scenic views and place walls to protect and other privacy.

Terrain design should address slopes, wet areas, buildings and trees and other imagined surroundings. Material that can use as contraction of this model are readily available for construction in that location, such as wood, stone, brick, sand, etc.

Paper and boards in a variety of weights colors and textures can be glued together to cover the frame, create walls and add-on structure. Heavier boards may required a tabletop paper trimmer or knife you may wish to pre-cut these.

Health House

Everyone need a health house, because a health house will make you health, otherwise unhealthy house will make you are not health. Home is not just for rest after work along day; inside contain the important thing as the place to build a life. A health house is not a luxury house or big house, but also can be a small and simple but eligible to live. A health house design  is a physical, chemical, biology condition inside the house so the house holder can obtain the optimal health status. To make a health house need many important affect conditions:
  1. Good air circulation
  2. Enough of lightening
  3. Available of clean water
  4. There is waster water control system
  5. No humidity on the part of floor and wall and not affected by other pollution like smell, dirty water leakage and dirty air.
To fulfill that condition building need the below materials:

1. Building materials
a. Not produce from material that release dangerous chemicals, should follows this condition:
b. Not produce from materials that can be a microorganism growth media.

2. Components and room order
House component should fulfill physical and biological condition such as:

a. Waterproof floor and easy to clean
b. Wall
c. Ceiling must easy to clean and not dangerous.
d. If the total height house about 10 meters or more must be completed with lightening rod.
e. Inside of house room should be classed and order for living room, family room, dining room, bed room, kitchen and bath room and play room.

House Model

This section describes how one uses equivalent wall results to a house model in transient building simulation programs. For the purposes of this example, a simple house design of typical construction is used as a reference, as shown below.

Successful implementation of the equivalent wall approach largely depends on the proper dimensioning of building envelope components. A wall elevation for the house shown above is depicted in below. The wall system is comprised of 2 x 4 steel stud with R-11 insulation, and contains one door and one window. Only one wall is shown here, since it is assumed that the procedure that follows can be applied to construct the remaining walls of the house.

The first step is to list the building envelope sections that exhibit transient and multidimensional effects. The sample wall elevation contains the following sections of dissimilar thermal response: wall/floor, wall/ceiling, corner wall interfaces, window header, window framing, door header and door framing. In this example, the thermal response of the door header and window header are assumed equal. Figure below distinguishes each of these zones by color, with the dimensions of the transient and three-dimensional effects as indicated in the Wall Assembly Information Sheets.

The second step is to determine the building envelope areas for each dissimilar section. As noted previously, it is important not to double-count building envelope areas. The easiest way to avoid this problem is to first calculate the areas of the building envelope that contain three-dimensional effects. These values can then be subtracted from the total building envelope area to determine the clear wall area.

Gardening

The ancient art of gardening, the raising of one’s own flowers, shrubs, fruits, and vegetables within a limited area, is enjoying a contemporary renaissance as millions of Americans discover the satisfactions inherent in working the soil. Almost everyone who has access to bit of ground raises a few flowers, and it is estimated that perhaps half of all American families maintain vegetable gardens. The houseplant business is booming, and plant nurseries and florists have enjoyed record sales.

Soil for gardening must contain the essential nutrients to feed growing plants, and it must have a structure capable of holding air and moisture without becoming waterlogged. Soil analysis reveals nutritional deficiencies that may be remedied through the use of fertilizers, which add the minerals necessary for plant growth. Analysis also indicates the pH, or acidity alkaline, a pH rating of 7 is neutral, neither acid nor alkaline. Most garden plant thrive best at a pH of 6 to 7, although certain plants, such as blueberries and rhododendrons, need a higher acid level. Overacidity, the more usual problem, can be decreased by adding ground limestone. Overalkaline soils, which may cause yellowing in plants, can be treated by adding sulfur or gypsum.

In General soil structure is classified as sandy, clay, or loam, although most garden soils are mixtures of the three in varying proportions. A sandy soil is very loose and will not hold water. A clay soil is dense and heavy, sticky when wet, and almost brick hard when dry. Loam is a quantity of Humus, or decayed organic material, which loosens and aerates clay soil and binds sandy soil particles together. In addition, humus supplies nutrients. Soil structure can be improved by digging in compost, manure, peat moss, and other organic matter.

A good soil can be kept in good condition, year after year, by digging in decaying organic materials and by adding the recommended amounts of fertilizers, usually a compound commercial mixture sold at garden centers. Fertilizers should be applied only as recommended and never in excess.

To Design Building

To design a house building can use a draw in a piece of paper, using simple drawing program that can show the form building and the color that may will use on the building or using complex drawing software like Autocad or other software purposed for building design.

Rough, study models can be made quickly using, cardboard, wooden blocks, polystyrene, foam, foam boards and other materials. Such models are an efficient tool for three-dimensional understanding of a design, used by architects, interior designers and exhibit designers. For a high detailed presentation model, architects would employ a professional model maker or model making company.

On design a house include as bellow:
